Inspiring fitness with a healthy mindset. My graduated degree in Psychology, and I have a degree in exercise science. So, I want to look fitness from a Holistic aspect for all who want to do it right way, and stay fit! I look at Behavior Health, Sleep, Physical Activity, and Nutrition as it pertain to performance.
