I’ve been on a journey my friends. ❤️ Losing 125lbs naturally and working out from home and hitting the gym has me ecstatic and packed full of pizzaz. I’m more fit over 40 than I’ve ever been.
I’m natural. I’m authentic. There’s not a thing fake about me (except my sexy nails!) I have a fun loving spirit that can be contagious if you let it.

My mission is to showcase progress pics and provide inspiration in a fun (sometimes edgy) way. Before and after pics, and raw and real spiciness to showcase that being over 40 and transforming your body can be done, without being boring 😉 🥰
