I’m Spliff Mama, and I’ve been a yogi for 22 years and a proud pothead for 23! Yoga and flowers are integral parts of my life, bringing me balance, peace, and joy. Over the years, I've developed a deep connection with both practices, and they’ve shaped me into the person I am today. A mushroom grower!

From 2010-15, I was a medical marijuana grower in NorCal, cultivating some of the finest organic flowers for those in need. Blue Dream, Grape Ape, Blue Cheese, Green Crack, Girl Scout Cookies! It was a rewarding experience that allowed me to merge my passion for pot with my desire to help others. I learned so much during those years! I livestream and talk all about it!
