I’m Alexis Adams. I’ve been a cook professionally for over 20 years. I’ve worked mostly on lines in a variety of chain restaurants as well as privately owned cafes and bistros. I am currently a chef at 677 Prime a high end steak house. More than my professional experience I have a genuine passion for cooking. I assume that comes from my grandmothers side of my family. There was always something cooking at my Oma’s house.

I love learning new techniques, testing recipes, and trying new things. I’m self educated more than anything. I love challenging myself to learn harder and more technical recipes. And more than any of that I LOVE helping other people get excited about cooking. Whether you’re feeding your family or just yourself, we all need to eat. So why not feed yourself well?
