You probably don't care but i'm here to lose some weight. I feel like putting my progress on this page is going to help me motivate myself ! Or I hope so !
I am starting at 72kg for 170cm. I have never weight that much so I am a little bit unconfortable in my body and I want to feel better and more free with myself. I know it's not and extreme weight, but it is one that doesn't make me feel good with myself. I want to be able to go to the beach without hiding my belly rolls and my thick thighs.
I am not only trying to lose weight but also to feel beautiful with every of what I still consider "imperfections".
Also, I'm not a native english speaker so pleaaaase, forget my many mistakes !
