This last year, I had a lot of health issues and wasn’t very active on here. Having this didn’t feel in alignment with me and I planned to eventually delete it.

I’m thankfully better and working to get my figure, that I lost, back now. I thought what better way to hold myself accountable for that goal, than to post my progress pictures and workout summaries on here.

Since the photos are sometimes in underwear and whatnot, I didn’t feel like it was appropriate to post them for the whole world to see on a different social lol
