I post here gym workout and my physique 💪 For 5-6 years I was training like bodybuldier (Kevin Levrone training modified for my needs). In 2022.10.24 I started powerlifting. My physique will change overtime, because ther is change in my training style. I will definitely become bigger and stronger, and that is my goal 👑
