As a Certified Pole Fitness instructor, being in excellent shape is key to my success. Indeed, it is a major challenge. Nonetheless, being healthy and fit is my hobby. I love being a pole athlete also because it is challenging, artistically beautiful, and rewarding. When it is me and the pole I only think of success.
