I am a mature, multi faceted woman who looks and feels sexier than when I was in my 20s. I've been doing an amazing job at taking care of myself from tip to toe, inside n out. Working out regularly, adhering to a balanced diet, getting my beauty sleep, balancing obligations, responsibilities, and other priorities to minimize stress....your typical healthy and fit lifestyle, yes, I still compete.
